Ferguson Foundation launches 'overdue' digital repository The J. Douglas Ferguson Historical Research Foundation has launched a first-of-its-kind online repository of Canadian numismatic resources offering a freely accessible digital archive for researchers. The website, dubbed Canadian Numismatic Resources (CNR), is available at cnr-rnc.ca. Its creators hope the CNR will soon serve as the most complete resource of Canadian numismatic documents with at least 20,000 pages of digitized material added each year. 2022 ENS Hammered Token

2022 ENS Coin Show ~ Hammered Tokens "A Show Success" The 2022 Coin Show token(s) styled after a "King Richard II Groat" were struck in a late mediaeval style, using engraved dies and a sledgehammer. The metal for the planchet blanks were made available in Copper, Aluminium or Brass and subsequently struck by the show attendee(s). Due to the nature of being hand struck, each token features’ it’s own irregular shape due to the nature of being hand struck.
